For the second time in 2 years, CollectPlus; the UK courier service, have 'lost my parcel'; the courier collected from the shop, but that's where it ends; no further tracking, and both never arrived!

The latest item was worth nearing £500, and it went through ebay's delivery option called: shutl, then they passed it onto: CollectPlus, and then they should have passed it onto Yodel; well, it went no further that the CollectPlus courier in Reading, on January 12th 2019; it was scanned ...
