Shame on these chinese manufacturers. I wonder if the Companies like Hearthware know about this infringement?

You're right. Nespresso products also have the same issue in particular the capsules but there is a Patent Copyright Law which only lasts for 15 years so after that time has lapsed then the original branded product can be remanufactured to another brand without a problem.

I've seen them for far higher prices than what the original ones sold for but just avoid chinese knockoffs..
