Still NO UK Agent ( Zurich, is NOT in the UK!) for the increasing number of Fan and Thermal Fuse failures/complaints in the Kaffelogic Nano 7
The inconvenience of having to send the Kaffelogic Nano 7 roaster back to New Zealand is a long drawn out affair for many who are having major issues, so my advice is to invest in the far superior and reliable; British Made, Ikawa Home roaster, and to ditch the Kaffelogic Nano 7e which retails at £1300 plus Shipping from Zurich in the EU!
