Do not purchase the Hottop KN-8828

I cannot post this advice strongly enough due to the bad design of having no way of ejecting your roast beans if the ejection chute gets jammed due to solenoid issues or worse; this model is one of the first models Hottop produced which doesn't have an Emergency Ejection knob at the rear of the roastershould the beans ejection chute FAIL to automatically open at the end of the roast; it will ruin your roast, and you'll just have to wait until fully cold to unscrew and take off the front viewing plate, and turn it on its side to pour out the BURNED beans.
If you're into DIY projects, then you can dismantle the rear of the roaster after having unscrewed what seems like 2 thousand screws, and do a check and clean out!
Take no notice of the LCD User Panel number as this could have been upgraded at some point; look at the rear for the Emergency knob or underneath the roaster to see the actual model number!
Just AVOID this old first generation model, and get the model after this one which provides a manual Emergency Eject knob at the rear of the roaster incase such an issue happens!
